Question: Any organizations in the dallas texas area that help with dog care costs. my dog needs his 2nd hematoma sur?

Yes there are. Wal-Mart, Target, Sams Club are all organizations who usually are hiring so that you can take a second job so you can pay for your dogs medical bills.

Not sure how old you are, but you could look into care-credit. It works like a credit card that can only be used for medical expenses, and allows you to pay them off over time. It's good as a last resort option.
