How to train a puppy information
I need advice on how to train a puppy to go to the bathroom outside?
I don't know where to begin. I haven't gotten it yet but I will be getting it next week. I am very patient and willing to train it as long as it takes. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Louis is a new member of the family. A rather adorable tea cup poodle, and he's still rather young. Basically what I need to know are a few things. How do I train him to use the puppy pad, and how do I stop him from biting skin? My boyfriend says to bob him on the nose gently, but he's just so little, and I really don't want to take a chance on hurting him. So any suggestions? Thank you

Oh my goshhhh I got this puppy for my son as a reward of him stopping sucking on his thumb and now I am in puppy hell he craps everywhere and when I walk him he seems to hold it just to do it in the house he got the whole thing backwards, I need helppppp he is a cutie and very sweet a mix breed between winny dog and chiwawa and we rescued him from an abusive enviroment but he is really testing me and I have no idea on how to potty train him to go outside. Thanks.We are not sure of how old is he but I can tell is no more than six months old or less his teeth are very small and he still squad to pee, big dog lift a leg.I will know when I take him to the vet but I know he is old enough to train already. Sissy is sweet but when she wants to play she bites and as she is only 8 weeks old it HURTS How do I stop her from biting as she tries to bite my son..... and teach her to sit, shake, lay, and stay.... but most importantly how to play without biting, like fetch and tug of war. And house breaking, any techniques for high strung dogs that are worth trying. I have had dogs before that just wouldn't learn, even with consistency and stern no's and there is not any professional help here in my area. I live in a town of 175 people. How to train a puppy to ask to go outside for toilet?
My 3 1 2 month old Lab has been housebroken to the point where he'll use the puppy pads in the house just fine. We let him out for a toilet 15mins after he has eaten so he hasn't needed the pads so much.If we catch him in the act of going to the toilet in the house where there's no pads around, he will 'pinch it' whilst we chase him outside and he'll continue his toilet in his spot in the garden.My question is, how do i train him to ask to go outside when he needs to go?I would prefer him to bark ask at the backdoor and he is clicker trained.

I just got a tea cup Pomeranian and she it way to small to even think about going outside in a foot and a half of snow. i live in Illinois I'm trying to train her to use puppy pad but she doesn't listen i put her on them a little while after she eats and she still goes around the house. How to train a puppy that has been going potty outside to go on a pad inside?
We just bought a puppy, and for the first week we have been home enough where we can take him outside to go potty. There have been only 2 incidences of him going inside when we were away for about 5 hours. So it appears he knows potty should be outside and does not go inside because as soon as we take him outside, he goes. However, our schedule will not always allow us to take him outside in time. How do I train the puppy to use a pad inside after we've estalished he should be going outside? should I bring the pad outside so he does his business on it, and when we leave the house, we leave the pad with him? Will this work?
